This is a half-day, “train the trainer” class for your training staff. It covers “Presentation Basics,” and “Advanced Presentations” for videoconferencing, and includes end-user training guides. In the absence of training staff, you may skip this module and use the “End-User Training” maintenance program to train your staff to do good quality presentations via videoconference.
